Ida May is an actress, dancer, movement director, and voice artist. Finnish-British, based between London and Helsinki. Screen credits include Rocketman (2019, dir. Dexter Fletcher), Cursed (Netflix, 2019), How to Talk to Girls at Parties (2016, dir. John Cameron Mitchell), Venus in Eros (2012), and Tears of April (2008, dir. Aku Louhimies). On stage: Inferna (Riverside Studios, 2025), People, Places and Things, Footloose, and Vinegar Tom.

As a movement director, she's one of the most sought-after in the game. Choreography credits span Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, Peloton, Dove, Under Armour, Footlocker, Halifax, Asos, and Coco De Mer — directing for Hollie Fernando, Tom Van Schelven, Vitali Gelwich, Maik Schuster, and Ana Cuba, among others.

As a performer, she danced at the 2012 London Olympics for Mika, Pixie Lott, and Bananarama (chor. Aicha McKenzie) and appeared in music videos for George Ezra, Boy George & Culture Club, and Hercules & Love Affair. Television includes Cursed (Netflix) and Aircrash Confidential.
